This small habit is surprisingly common in modern communication. Someone may keep talking politely while their feet point toward the exit, the hallway, or another person. It doesn’t always mean they are rude or uninterested. Sometimes they are busy, nervous, or mentally preparing to leave. But when the face says “I’m here” and the feet say “I’m leaving,” the real message becomes easier to notice.
